Mission
ComfortZones provides the Skills and Data for organizational health. We are helping innovative leaders build ever greater places to work, improving leadership, DEIB, wellbeing, employee experience and engagement. The world of work is going through significant disruption, driven by the lasting effects of the pandemic, remote/hybrid work, the ‘great rethink’, and a ‘great expectation’ from GenZ and Millennials who want more from their work.
ComfortZones empowers individuals and leaders to manage, measure and move the obstacles to healthy and productive work; to ‘manage’ each and every root cause obstacle, measure its level of importance and severity, and move the obstacle by infusing intelligence ‘in the moment of need’ and ‘in the workflow’.

Expertise
Together, the founders are applying the optimal mix of techniques from mindfulness, coaching, neuroscience, psychology, and self-care to effectively address each unique root cause of work stress, as well as the symptoms. ComfortZones is based on techniques backed by science, evidence, practical best methods, and extensive experience and research.
The founders, shown below, include a Ph.D. and licensed psychotherapist, author, and expert in neuroscience, mindfulness and psychology, a UC Berkeley certified coach and former SVP of HR, and two former high-tech senior executives who operated in high-stress work environments for a combined 80 years.
